An active client is any client whose access is enabled and who logs in to the platform at least once during a billing period (calendar month). You control which clients have access — disabling a client before they log in means no charge for them that month. If a client's access is enabled but they don't log in, they are not billed. On the Starter plan, up to 5 active clients are included free. On Pro, all active clients are billed at $35 CAD each.
The Starter plan supports up to 5 active clients per month — free, always. When you're ready to grow, upgrade to Pro. When you upgrade, your existing clients' access is paused by default — you selectively re-enable the ones you want to continue, so you're never auto-charged for your full roster. On Pro, each client you enable and who logs in is billed at $35 CAD per month. You can monitor active client count and estimated cost in real time on your billing page.
No. Neurofit is billed monthly based on actual usage. There are no annual contracts, no seat minimums, and no cancellation fees. You can scale up or down every month based on your caseload.
Yes. Neurofit supports clients aged 6 and up. Activities are calibrated for paediatric populations including ASD, ADHD, and developmental conditions. Children's accounts are managed by the clinician — parents don't need an account.
Yes. University programs, hospitals, health systems, and insurers can access enterprise pricing with volume discounts, SSO, BAAs, and dedicated support. Contact us to discuss an arrangement for your organization.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise accounts can be invoiced monthly or quarterly. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Annual billing is available for enterprise and multi-location accounts — contact us to discuss. Individual Pro accounts are billed monthly based on usage, which keeps things flexible for practices with variable caseload sizes.
