Is Starter time limited?
No. Starter stays free every month for up to 5 active clients.
What happens when I choose Pro?
Pro adds unlimited clients and premium features. Each active client is billed from the first one at $35 CAD per month, with no 5-client minimum.
What counts as an active client?
A client is active once they log in at least once during the billing month. You can set up as many clients as you like; you only pay for the ones who log in.
Are reports included on Starter?
Starter includes activities, assignments, scheduling and the performance dashboard. PDF reports, clinical letters and CSV export are Pro features.
Do you offer institutional pricing?
Yes. Contact Neurofit about a custom Enterprise arrangement for larger teams and academic programs.
Can I begin without entering payment details?
Yes. Starter needs no credit card. You'll only add payment details if you move to Pro.
